Accept payments, sell products, set up subscriptions, and manage orders — all built into your bldrAgent app.
Payments in bldrAgent
bldrAgent integrates natively with Stripe to handle all commerce scenarios — one-time payments, subscriptions, digital downloads, and physical products.
Connecting Stripe
- Go to App Settings → Integrations → Stripe
- Click Connect Stripe account
- Log in to your Stripe account or create one
- Authorise the connection
Once connected, all payment flows in your app use your Stripe account and funds go directly to your Stripe balance.
Test mode: bldrAgent automatically uses Stripe's test mode during development. Switch to live mode in App Settings when you're ready to go live.
One-time payments
Ask the AI to add a payment flow:
"Add a checkout page where users can buy the 'Pro Report' for $49. After payment, mark their account as having the report and show them a download button."
bldrAgent creates the Stripe checkout session, handles the webhook confirmation, and updates your database automatically.
Subscriptions
"Add a subscription system with two plans: Basic ($19/month) and Pro ($49/month). Show a pricing table on the /pricing page. When users subscribe, unlock the corresponding features."
Subscription management includes:
- Plan upgrade / downgrade flows
- Cancellation with retention prompts
- Billing history page
- Failed payment handling with dunning emails
Physical and digital products
"Create a product catalogue where each product has a price, image, and description. Users can add to cart and checkout via Stripe."
Features available:
- Product variants (size, colour, etc.)
- Inventory tracking
- Discount codes
- Order management dashboard
Pricing tables
Add a conversion-optimised pricing table to your app with a single prompt:
"Add a pricing section with 3 tiers. Highlight the middle tier as 'Most Popular'. Show monthly and annual billing toggle with a discount badge on annual."
Webhooks and order events
bldrAgent automatically handles Stripe webhooks for:
payment_intent.succeededcustomer.subscription.created / updated / deletedinvoice.payment_failed
You can add custom logic on top:
"When a subscription is cancelled, send a win-back email 3 days later with a 20% discount code"
Payouts
Revenue from your Stripe account is paid out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule (typically 2–7 days depending on your account). Manage this in your Stripe dashboard.
