Managing a workspace
Configure your workspace name, settings, transfer ownership, and manage workspace-level features.
Workspace settings
Access workspace settings from the dashboard → Settings in the left sidebar.
General settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspace name | Display name shown throughout the UI |
| Workspace slug | URL-safe identifier (used in workspace URLs) |
| Workspace logo | 200×200 PNG or JPG recommended |
| Timezone | Used for scheduled automations and timestamps |
| Default language | Sets the default locale for new apps |
Transferring workspace ownership
The workspace owner is the primary account holder. To transfer ownership:
- Settings → General → Transfer ownership
- Enter the email address of the new owner (must be an existing workspace member)
- Confirm — the new owner receives an email to accept the transfer
Note: Transferring ownership also transfers billing responsibility. The new owner's payment method will be charged on the next billing date.
Deleting a workspace
Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible. All apps, data, and media are deleted immediately.
- Settings → General → Danger zone → Delete workspace
- Type the workspace name to confirm
- Click Delete permanently
This action cannot be undone. Export any important data before deleting.
Workspace audit log
Enterprise plan workspaces have access to a full audit log of all actions taken in the workspace:
- Member invites and removals
- App created / deleted / published
- Settings changes
- Login events
Access the audit log at Settings → Security → Audit log.
Workspace-level integrations
Configure integrations that apply to all apps in the workspace:
- Email provider — shared SMTP / SendGrid for all workspace apps
- Slack notifications — get notified of workspace events in Slack
- Webhooks — fire events to an endpoint on workspace actions
These are configured in Settings → Integrations.
